What is soy wax?
Soy wax is derived from a vegetable – soybeans – which makes it a natural and renewable resource. What you are probably most familiar with is paraffin wax, which is derived from petroleum. Soy wax is also biodegradable and can be easily cleaned up with soap and warm water.
My candle looks weird. Did something happen?
Nope. That’s the characteristic of a hand-poured, soy candle! Frosting and spotting occur when candles are exposed to extreme temperature changes during shipment. Light it anyways! Frosting and spotting will in no way affect how your candles burn or smell.
How long before my order ships?
Your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days if backordered. Please allow for extra time during holiday seasons (generally November - January!). Your tracking information will be emailed to you as your order ships.
Can you make custom candles, or even party favors?
